Vikram holds approximately 22 years of experience with a unique mix of litigation and cross-border transactions. His expertise includes advising on:
- Joint ventures and M&A
- General corporate and commercial matters
- Disputes Resolution including arbitration and litigation before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities mainly in Delhi NCR area.
- He is currently empanelled with NBCC (India) Ltd., Food Corporation of India (FCI), Railway Energy Management Corporation Ltd. (REMCL) and Punjab National Bank (PNB).
Prior to joining Aretha Legal, Vikram spent time with top-tier law firms in India and in Japan. During his nearly 5 years in Japan (2010 – 2015) with TMI Associates (Tokyo Office), he specialized in dealing with inbound and outbound M&A, joint ventures, and collaborations. His work focused on Japanese companies investing in India and Indian companies investing in Japan.
Vikram is extensively advising on general corporate and regulatory matters in addition to handling disputes and litigation at various courts and forums in Delhi.
