After graduating in BBA (Hons) LLB (Hons) from National Law University, Jodhpur in 2015, Divya has 10+ years of work experience on diverse domestic and cross-border transactions, ranging from mergers and acquisitions to private equity and venture capital investments.

Divya has advised various founders for their investment rounds and complex legal queries, as well as PE and VC funds, where she has been involved in all aspects of a transaction, from legal due diligence, regulatory structuring, documentation to closing. She aims to effectively
find middle ground and believes in a win-win situation in negotiations for a fast and smooth closing.

With her mindset to succeed, attention to detail, and out-of-the-box thinking, Divya has managed to get deals closed diligently with ease and efficiency. She has grown tremendously in the PE and VC practice, leaving an indelible impression on her clients.
