Niti Jain is an Advocate & Legal Consultant enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association. She started her practice in the year 2012.

She possesses rich experience in Litigation – civil, commercial and dispute resolution. Her prime focus in past many years have been in matters pertaining to Arbitration, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Law and Intellectual Property Rights, apart from other Civil and Commercial matters.

She has appeared before several Judicial Authorities and Tribunals including Supreme Court of India, High Courts, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal, National Commission for Consumer Disputes Redressal and other Fora.

Niti has pursued her Law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (Vivekananda Institute of Professional Studies). Niti brings with her vast experience of having worked with noteworthy Lawyers and Firms, including Additional Standing Counsel for Govt. of NCT of Delhi.

She advises clients with respect to commercial litigation and corporate advisory including matters for recovery of monies, resolution processes for companies undergoing CIRP, negotiable instruments, etc. She believes in idealistic goals and ensures she puts her efforts of requisite quantum in achieving them.
