Niharika Sharma is currently a member of the team handling litigation relating to media, broadcasting and telecommunication laws and regularly appears before the Telecom Dispute Settlement Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi (TDSAT).

She has completed her B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Ideal Institute of Management and Technology, Karkardooma, affiliated to Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Dwarka and has been enrolled as an Advocate with Bar Council of Delhi since August, 2022

In addition to being actively involved in litigation relating to telecommunication laws, she has acquired an experience of over 3 years in understanding various other domains of litigation like civil, criminal and commercial litigation including but not limited to arbitration, recovery suits, cheque bounce, matrimonial matter. She has appeared before various fora such as the Hon’ble Delhi High Court, Delhi District Court, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Appellate Tribunal for PMLA and various other tribunals.
