Aretha Legal advised General Catalyst on its participation in Pronto’s $25 million Series B funding round, led by Epiq Capital, with continued backing from Glade Brook Capital and Bain Capital Ventures.

The fundraise marks a key milestone for Pronto, a fast-growing home services platform enabling 10-minute, on-demand household services. The capital will support the company’s next phase of growth, including expanding its network of trained professionals, strengthening operational infrastructure, and deepening its presence across key urban markets in India.

The deal was led by Divya Jyoti Mehra (Partner), along with associates Sajal Jain and Sakshi Barbate.
