Anant has managed complex, multi jurisdictional deals and structurings, involving extensive coordination with multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions.

Anant’s practice covers diverse areas, including advising on and structuring investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, as well as general corporate, commercial, and exchange control laws.

Anant has represented multinational listed and unlisted companies and global funds in cross border transactions, advising on inbound and outbound investments, exits, acquisitions, sales, conversions, and complex inter and intra group restructurings. Anant’s experience covers handling & managing commercial contract issues, sector specific regulatory matters, negotiations and all ancillary aspects, including regulatory, tax, employment, intellectual property and litigation related issues for clients.

Anant has approximately 15 years of experience, out of which he has spent over a decade at Tier 1 law firms such as Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co., J. Sagar Associates & IndusLaw.
