Our History
The firm was initially visualized and established by Vikram and Prashant in 2019, operating under the name Grey Matter Legal with offices in Delhi and Bangalore.
In 2022, following the induction of Nitin Gera as a partner, the firm was reconstituted and rebranded as Aretha Legal by the three founding partners. Since then, the firm has continued to grow and has earned recognition across various platforms for its excellence in legal services.
In 2025, Aanchal and her team from Tandon & Co. entered into a strategic merger with Aretha Legal, significantly strengthening the Firm’s TMT and Banking practices. This merger also substantially expanded the Firm’s disputes and litigation capabilities, further consolidating its position as a full-service, expertise-driven legal practice.
