Aretha Legal advised General Catalyst and Glade Brook Capital Partners LLC in connection with their investment in domestic help services startup Pronto , which has successfully raised $11 million in a funding round also backed by other marquee investors.

Founded in 2023, Pronto is building a technology-driven platform to connect households with verified, trained domestic help, ensuring trust, reliability, and convenience. The fresh capital will be utilised to expand operations beyond Bengaluru into other major cities, strengthen its recruitment and training capabilities, and further enhance its technology infrastructure.

The deal was led by Nitin Gera (Senior Partner), Divya Jyoti Mehra (Partner), Sajal Jain and Sakshi Barbate (Associates).
