Aretha Legal advised Volt Money and its founders on the acquisition of Salter Technologies, which operates the digital lending platform Volt Money, by DSP Finance, the NBFC arm of DSP Group.

The acquisition reflects the growing convergence of traditional financial institutions and digital-first platforms in India’s rapidly evolving lending ecosystem.

The deal was led by Nitin Gera (Senior Partner) along with Divya Jyoti Mehra (Partner).
