Aretha Legal is pleased to announce another favorable recovery order secured before the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Delhi, in TA No. 416/2022 (originally filed as OA No. 351/2021).

Ltd. (under CIRP before the Honโ€™ble NCLT), with liability pressed against the guarantors and mortgagors.

Despite due service of summons, the guarantors and mortgagors failed to contest the proceedings and were proceeded ex parte. After detailed examination of sanction documents, guarantees, and mortgage deeds, the Tribunal directed recovery of โ‚น126.23 ๐‚๐ซ๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ฌ ๐ฉ๐ž๐ง๐๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ž ๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ž ๐š๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ž ๐ข๐ง๐ญ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ๐ญ, holding the guarantors and mortgagors jointly and severally liable.
