Senior Advocate Promod Nair and the Aretha Legal team led by Ahaan Mohan represented Unilever before the Karnataka High Court in a long-standing property tax dispute with the Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP), securing a stay on a ₹6.7 crore demand.

The team successfully argued that the impugned demand violated principles of natural justice and lacked statutory justification.
