This strategic investment marks an important step in MedGenome’s expansion strategy, enabling the company to enhance its diagnostic service offerings and deepen its footprint in the healthcare delivery and laboratory services space.

The acquisition is expected to support MedGenome’s vision of advancing precision medicine and expanding access to high-quality diagnostic solutions across India.
