The Applicant successfully challenged the Resolution Professional’s reconstitution of the Committee of Creditors and reclassification of Aditya Birla Finance Limited as an Operational Creditor. The Hon’ble Tribunal was pleased to reverse the RP’s decision, initiate disciplinary proceedings against him, and restore the first Committee of Creditors.
