Aretha Legal advised Tetr College of Business in raising $18 million in a funding round co-led by Owl Ventures and Bertelsmann India Investments (BII), marking a strong vote of confidence in the future of tech-enabled higher education.
Tetr College, an emerging edtech institution, is redefining global learning pathways through outcome-driven, industry-aligned programs designed to equip students with real-world skills. This fresh infusion of capital will support the expansion of its academic offerings, enhancement of its technology infrastructure, and scaling of its innovative learning model across broader geographies.
The deal was led by Nitin Gera (Senior Partner), Divya Jyoti Mehra (Partner), Sajal Jain and Sakshi Barbate (Associates).
