Rishi has completed his LL.B from Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and got enrolled with Bar Council of Delhi in 2020. He has been practising for over Four years with prime focus in banking and insolvency laws and has been regularly appearing before the Delhi High Court, Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal, Debts Recovery Tribunals, National Company Law Tribunal, Consumer Disputes Redressal fora and District Courts. Rishi has been a key member of the team handling matters pertaining to Debts Recovery, SARFAESI and Cheque Bouncing. His proficiency also spans drafting intricate pleadings, legal documents, legal opinions and conducting extensive research on pertinent issues.
